Terms and conditions
Information about your stay:
- Please contact the property to inform us of your arrival time. We are open from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. If arrival is expected after this time, the guest will receive all instructions for self check-in.
- The tourist tax is 5€ per person per day.
The Children under 10 are exempt.
Fare conditions:
- In case of a refundable rate, cancellation will be free of charge up to 5 days before check-in
- In case of non-refundable rate, cancellation will be possible, but the full amount of the reservation will be charged
- Transfer service can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival
- The breakfast, the tour and the experiences follow the conditions of the chosen rate for the conditions of the stay, except for exceptions to check with the property
- In case of free cancellation, CVS DESIGN SRLS reserves the right to pre-authorise the customer’s credit card 15 days before arrival. In case the card is not regular, an alternative card will be required to guarantee the reservation, otherwise the cancellation of the same by the property
- In case of booking with free cancellation, the booker authorizes the CVS DESIGN SRLS to pre- authorize the total amount of the reservation to guarantee the payment of the stay in case of cancellation beyond the terms provided by the cancellation conditions
- In the case of a non-refundable booking, the booker accepts the following general conditions and rates, stating that he or she is the holder and signatory of the credit card having the above credentials and authorizing CVS DESIGN SRLS to charge the credit card indicated the total amount of the reservation with condition of non-refundable cancellation
